Park Facilities

{pavilion} The Lancaster County Department of Parks and Recreation manages eight parks throughout the County. They all feature trails for hiking and biking, but three of these parks feature additional facilities for your enjoyment.

Chickies Rock, Buchmiller , and Central Parks all feature pavilions that can be rented for private functions. In addition to pavilions, Central Park also features buildings and meeting rooms that can be rented. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis, and payment is due at time of reservation. This park also boasts other recreation facilities, such as a pool and skate park, and even a public lending library and environmental center.
